Q. What is your Vision about use of safety Shoe and PPE in next decade in Indian Industries?

My vision is as simple as it gets- to be the market leader. Now, this is a fairly stereotypical statement but I don’t wish to lead the market primarily by volumes but also by value of the product. Since we started marketing our products domestically, we have had an annual growth rate of  over 500% and we are making all the efforts to keep this figure rolling. In 10 years from now, I wish to see ESFI as India’s leading PPE provider.

Q. What kind of Back support do you provide your customers & what type of major client you have?

We deal with corporate giants directly and also through dealer channels. Like mentioned earlier we cater to all the industries so major clients like Indian Railways, Military, CRPF, Gail etc. from the public sector and Bosch, HERO, Bajaj, Asian Paints etc. from the Private sector. We believe that we are just not manufacturers of a product but also service providers. We ensure that our customers get our complete support before and after a purchase. ESFI is a fraternity and our customer are very much part of it.

Q. Please brief us about the quality policy of your business.

One word, Exceptional. I swear by it.

Q. According to you what are the markets prospects of safety shoes?

Indian market holds great potential. With increasing regulations and awareness, I think it is only a matter of a time when safety shoes won’t just be looked at as unnecessary expense but more like an imperative piece of attire.

Q. Where do you see EURO SAFETY by next five years?

From where I stand, it is going to be the primary choice of anyone’s need for protection and safety.

Q. Any kind of safety message for our readers?

I make safety shoes not only because it is a profitable business or my survival depends on it but also because I cherish the look on a worker’s face when he is wearing my product and appreciating it. That’s what drives me to do it more and to do it better.

Q. What are the contributions of Euro Safety to OSH?

ESFI is the Occupational Health & Safety Partner for OSH, Mumbai 2016 once again. We distribute PPE kits like safety shoes, jackets, helmets etc. to the workers and electricians who are involved in stand making at the exhibition premises. The purpose is not only to promote PPE at workplace but also to encourage the workers to understand the need for safety. During the show, ESFI organised a demonstration of safety footwear.

For the first time in India, OSH, Chennai experienced a live demonstration of a safety footwear. Safety officers different companies were invited to experience the product with their teams and on completion of the demo, as a token of appreciation, PPE kits were distributed. Sometimes, a customer needs knowledge before the product.
