Q. PROLITE being recognized brand & has created credible brand recall among the industry, please share some of your milestones & achievements?
PROLITE has started journey with one office in Mumbai, now we have 12 offices across India and dealer network more than 85 and exporting to around 25 countries.
Q. Can you elaborate more about the product portfolio & it`s applications?
Our consisting efforts in promoting and spreading awareness of such products have somehow played a crucial or vital role in peoples mind to implement them at all the premises. It has also being a mandate to be install at each and every premises by the most recognized authority in constant field that is National Building Code of India (NBC).
Our products are helpful in evacuation of people from the interiors of the premises to the exertion during in disaster.
Q. Which are the some of your pioneering products you introduced in the market recently or Is there any plans to launch the new products?
Photo luminescent tapes and we have in house R & D department which is continuously developing products, meeting / exceeding the future market and trend.
Q. How do you account R & D activity in your company?
We have latest high-tech R & D lab who is always experimenting on new type of Emergency light.
Q. Brief us about the quality policy for your business?
PROLITE AUTOGLO LTD, vouch to remain committed to continually improve our services and the effectiveness of the quality management system through enhancing customer satisfaction, timely actions and ensuring / applying & the quality managements system, that reflect best industrial practices.
This will be achieved by:
- Identifying the quality effects arising from its activities and assess and manage the associated risks.
- Complying as a minimum with legislation and associated codes of practice.
- Providing direction, training ans where appropriate, supervising to enable its employees to meet their obligation to work quality and safety.
- Co-operating fully with relevant enforcement agencies and work with industry and external bodies to further the understanding and development of quality management system.
- The quality policy provides framework for setting quality objectives and reviewed it policy & objectives will be reviewed in MRM for its effectiveness.
Q. What are the key technological trends that are driving the industry?
With technological changes the size of Emergency lights has reduced drastically from large bulky lights to sleek emergency light. The weight of the Emergency light has also reduced due to new types of batteries incorporated in the Emergency lights. This also helped in changing the aesthetics of the premises and pleasing to the constants and architects.
