Owing to the modernization and increased population,underground parking areas have become an integral part of massive arcades. However, these parking lots are home to poisonous gases like Carbon Monoxide (CO) and oxides of Nitrogen (NO/NO2). Such unchecked gases and improper ventilation system can cause a clogged up state which sometimes might turn out to be life damaging.
So what is the existing solution??? –
Both underground as well as surface car parks are equipped with large exhaust fans which run continuously thereby ventilating the area from gaseous hazards. But continuous ventilation is costly as these large fans require much power. Ambetronics Engineers Pvt. Ltd. resolves this issue by offering high quality and precise, Gas Detectors and Gas Monitors to monitor levels of Carbon Monoxide (CO), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) & CNG gas. T
These are configured with the exhaust fans so that whenever the gas concentration goes beyond the safe limit, the parking basements could be ventilated. Ambetronics Gas Detectors are capable of detecting the gas concentration in the following range having a resolution of 1 for CO gas and 0.01 for NO2 gas:
• Carbon Monoxide (CO): 0–1000 PPM OR 0–500 PPM
• Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2): 0–20 PPM
Location of the Detector: The distance between the gas detector and the potential sources of gas is important. To have an optimum and precise detection, the air polluted with the hazardous gases have to be in physical contact with the gas sensors. Hence, Ambetronics Gas Detectors are fitted at a distance of 3 feet to 5 feet from the ground surface. Our gas detector can provide up to 75 sq. m. area coverage based on a 5-meter radius of operation.
