Q. Tell us about your flagship Security Management System Platform “iSOLUS”
iSOLUS allows you to manage your Access, Attendance, Visitors, Canteen, Photo Display, CCTV Integration and other modules on a seamlessly integrated Database with modern Dynamic Report builder, Scheduled Report E mailers & SMS Integration, using Solus and other third party field devices. iSolus is successfully deployed at many Enterprise Pan India Customers for few years now in IT, Pharma, Power, BFSI, Govt & Defense among others, many case studies & customer commendation received are encouraging. Its actually a distilled abstract of customer feedback , experience, technology and innovation. Due to change in technology, we have rewritten complete code, while correcting our mistakes and a bringing in new innovative approaches, made the product far lighter, quicker and easy, Hence loved by its users. Now they love telling and teaching their other Industry peers.
Q. Solus is one among very few homegrown security equipment manufacturing companies being recognised at par with MNC’s. How have you achieved this?
It wasn’t easy though. Importance of Past Track Record (PTR) learned and earned hard way. Absence of any available standards, no proper development benchmarking made us further cautious and alert, any mistake can ruin all efforts hence we have pressure to do everything right in first shot. repeatedly doing this became habit and now its Solus culture. There are no shortcuts, Desire to excel, followed by passion to deliver is must to even get noticed.
Q. Does expansion from Mumbai to Bangalore helped ?
Yes Solus was born at Mumbai in 2003, soon we realised the infrastructure needed to grow our business was far conducive at Bangalore, hence all developmental investments been done here. Today we have Factory , Development Center and National Tech support center supporting all other regional customers.
Q. How do you manage continuous need of talent?

Yes you are right, its so very important to us, i Solus todays is been used at several critical Pan India Projects, apart from normal support needs Users do come up with their innovative ideas to use the product in very interesting ways, Our after sales support team not only provide required support at need but also encourage and assist customers to configure the app in new ways and contribute our Domain expertise. We operate on a centralised support CRM to provide process driven and lapse free support to win customer delight.

Govt must take some tough decisions / stand to ensure safe and secure living for all. we are raising this point thru different forum and associations Govt has initiated reviewing standardisation for Security automation along with promotion to local manufacturing is good for country.
