Any Case Study / Information you would like to elaborate…

Our team recently visited a water reservoir site located in South India to conduct a safety inspection and found the underlying causes for the repetitive accidents. The trend in the accidents was mainly because of simple reason that the area was not well maintained and monitored for the housekeeping issues. This was brought to the notice of concern officials and a cleaning regime was introduced to control the slippery surface due to water spillages. A gap analysis in the management system was also identified such as lack of clear Health and Safety Policy which was also brought to their notice and now under display at the very entrance of the site. Adequate welfare arrangements were put in place for the night shift workers.
