NewAge® Mobile Foam Unit MF120

NewAge^® Mobile Foam Unit MF120 is specifically designed for fast first response to major fire risk scenarios by a single person. Its highly versatile and fully-self contained unit, ideal for rapid deployment of foam to flammable liquid fires and chemical spills. MF120 is ideally suited for the protection of oil storage and loading terminals, paint and solvent stores, boiler and engine rooms, generator rooms, airfields, industrial sites and any other high risk areas.

Ergonomically designed, the unit simply requires connection to a pressurised water supply to provide incredible foam making performance. The standard unit comprises a 120 litre foam concentrate tank (available in stainless steel grade 304/316/316L grade), UL listed NewAge-225 inductor and UL listed NewAge-225 low expansion foam branchpipe. Also two 15m lengths of dutch coiled  UL listed 63 mm diameter Pyroprotect fire hose, fitted with light alloy 21/2” instantaneous couplings (other connections available to special order). A 15m x 63 mm length of high quality NewAge Type 3 fire hose allows connection to a fire hydrant and a further 15m length allows the operative to manoeuvre around the fire for maximum foam coverage. A shut off ball valve is also fitted to the inductor as standard, to facilitate swift operation by just one person.

All component parts and materials are chosen to minimize maintenance requirements. These Mobile Foam units are also available in 100, 150, 200 liters capacities.
