To gamers and power users on the go, the Seagate ® FireCuda ® Gaming SSD and BarraCuda ® Fast SSD provide elite efficiency and convenience..

The portable FireCuda Gaming SSD, designed as the perfect companion to the recently released FireCuda Gaming Dock from Seagate, delivers performance to help scorch the competition. Built for gamers, it combines the premium Seagate FireCuda NVMe 510 SSD and the latest state-of – the-art SuperSpeed USB 20 Gb / s (USB 3.2 Gen22) interface to deliver stunning read speeds of up to 2,000 MB / s1.

Optimized for performance and high in style, the drive offers 500 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB capacity and features a signature chisel metal enclosure with customizable RGB LED lighting.Gamers can personalize the full-range RGB LED of the drive with the free Seagate Toolkit and synchronize the LEDs with a FireCuda Gaming Dock to create an immersive setup.

The BarraCuda Fast SSD, which offers 500 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB capacity, is also new to the Seagate SSD line-up. Taking into account mobile gamers and active power users, the SATA SSD external drive features fast read / write speeds of up to 540 MB / s1 for enhanced gameplay and fast file transfer.

The compact, pocket-sized drive sports an enticing green LED and a USB 3.1 versatility. Gen2 Type-C port. It is PC and Mac (exFAT) compatible out of the box, includes Seagate’s Toolkit with simple backup and sync, and a complimentary two-month subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud® Photography Plan2.

Available in March, the FireCuda Gaming SSD includes a $189.99 (500 GB), $259.99 (1 TB) and $499.99 (2 TB) five-year limited warranty and retail. Seagate’s BarraCuda Quick SSD is released this February, selling a fixed three-year warranty with $94.99 (500 GB), $169.99 (1 TB) and $299.99 (2 TB) dealers.
